Bilingual Client Success Coordinator

Support B2B healthcare partners in English and French as Maple’s Bilingual Client Success Coordinator, working remotely within Canada or hybrid in Toronto.
This full-time role supports Maple’s Channel Partnerships team and growing partner network. You will coordinate account operations, onboarding, reporting, troubleshooting, and partner communications. Success requires client-facing experience, strong organization, customer service instincts, and clear bilingual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to partner questions and requests in English and French
Coordinate onboarding, communications, eligibility updates, and administrative tasks
Prepare and distribute accurate monthly partner reports
Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate complex matters
Maintain partner documentation and task tracking across internal systems
Requirements:
At least one year of client-facing or similar experience
Bilingual English and French verbal and written communication
Strong customer service instincts and problem-solving interest
Organized, detail-oriented approach to priorities and follow-ups
