The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- 3+ years of experience in customer retention, patient support, healthcare advocacy, inside sales, account management, telehealth operations, contact center operations, or
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust through phone, email, chat, SMS, or portal-based interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections, de-escalate frustration, and guide conversations toward a clear and positive next step.
- Ability to follow approved scripts, SOPs, pricing rules, plan guidelines, offer workflows, and escalation pathways with consistency and accuracy.
