Bilingual Client Advisor Tangerine

Use French and English communication skills as a Client Experience Advisor at Tangerine’s Moncton, New Brunswick call centre. Support clients through banking conversations.

This full-time position starts in January 2027 and provides client support across inbound, outbound, and eService channels. You will address daily banking needs, explain financial products, and recommend suitable solutions. The role also emphasizes self-service education, first contact resolution, and adapting to contact centre technology.
