The Senior UX Designer plays a key role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role leads the design of player-centric solutions by leveraging user research, data insights, and industry best practices to create seamless experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Content Specialists, and other stakeholders, the Senior UX Designer champions user-centered design, accessibility, and continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle.
As an experienced UX designer, this role contributes UX expertise to product decisions, supports design consistency, and helps deliver exceptional digital experiences across our products.

Education and Experience
- 5+ years in UX Design, Product Design, or UX Research with demonstrable senior‑level impact.
- Experience delivering complex design initiatives and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- Must be 19 years of age or older and reside in Atlantic Canada.
- Expertise in human‑centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and UX research.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to contribute UX decisions across teams.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with ability to translate research and strategy for stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who can connect product goals, user needs, and business outcomes.
- Proficiency with Figma and experience with design systems (AEM experience is an asset).
- Experience with large-scale design system governance.
- Background in service design, customer journey mapping or product strategy initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile product teams.
- Remote within Atlantic Canada, or hybrid work from our Moncton (NB), Dartmouth (NS), or Saint John's (NL) office.
- Occasional travel for key workshops, planning sessions, or major milestones may be required.
- Salary Band: $75,200 - $122,200
- Expected Hiring Range: $90,000 - $97,000 (based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity)
