GP Partner or Salaried GP (with a view to Partnership)
We are seeking a committed GP to join our established, supportivepractice as a Salaried GP with a view to Partnership or as a GPPartner
. The post offers the opportunity to contribute to patient care,practice development, and strategic leadership within a large, experienced multidisciplinary team.
- Provide general medical services to patients
- Manage acute, chronic, and preventative care
- Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
- Contribute to QOF, enhanced services, audits, and practice development
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records
Clinical Support
- Experienced GP Partners, Salaried GPs, and multidisciplinary team
- Protected administration time
- Efficient clinical and administrative systems
- Shared home visits

Job responsibilitiesClinical responsibilities:
- In accordance with the practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will make themselves available to undertake a variety of duties, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion
- Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other health care workers within the organisation
- Assessing the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
- Screening patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
- Referring to other care providers as appropriate
- Recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards
- In general, the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
- GMC registration with licence to practise; inclusion on NHS GP Performers List
- strong clinical and communication skills

- UK GP experience; interest in teaching, training, or service development; clinical special interests
