In this role, you will evaluate grant funding for licensed programs, advise stakeholders on compliance, and navigate complex financial legislation. Providing excellent customer service and accurate data tracking is crucial as you monitor multiple inquiries and support team members in training. You will also contribute to the development of policies that ensure program improvements and stakeholder satisfaction.
