Lead the way in online education as a Business Management Instructor for the PG Business Management program. Engage students with diverse teaching strategies and a commitment to hands-on training.
As an instructor, you will follow a detailed instructor manual, delivering the curriculum while employing adult teaching strategies suited to a diverse audience. Responsibilities include evaluating student performance and addressing individual needs, ensuring a high-quality training experience that prepares students for their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct using systematic plans and approved course material
• Evaluate students through assessments and provide feedback
• Manage classroom dynamics and maintain attendance records
• Encourage and support student queries and concerns
• Participate in meetings and events for academic growth
Requirements:
• 48 months of work experience in the field
• 36 months teaching experience in vocation is ideal
• Bachelor’s degree required; further qualifications preferred
• Knowledge in Microsoft applications and online pedagogy
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments
