Pacific Christian Secondary School seeks passionate Education Assistants committed to fostering a supportive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver essential educational supports tailored to students ages 12-19. Your involvement will help nurture students' faith and service, impacting their overall development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement tailored learning strategies in classrooms
• Provide personal care and academic assistance to students
• Collaborate with a team of educators regularly
• Document student progress and learning outcomes
• Facilitate learning in both classroom and alternative settings
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Previous experience with children facing academic challenges
• EA Certification or a related degree/diploma
• Strong boundaries with both students and adults
• Active Christian faith shaping educational practices
