St. Peters Primary - Student Assistant - Permanent - 5 hrs/day
Location:
St. Peters Primary, 108 Ashford Drive, Mount Pearl, A1N 3L6

Student Assistants work with and provide support to students with severe cognitive, physical and/or behavioral needs. The role of a student assistant is student specific and will vary from school to school.
Qualifications- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Training in the area of Early Childhood Education, Child Youth Care Worker, Special Education or other related fields
- Experience working with children either in a work or volunteer capacity
- Training in Standard First Aid, Non-Crisis Intervention and/or Behavioral Management would be considered an asset.
This is a NAPE unionized position
Salary: CG 26 ($25.03 - $27.70 per hour)
