DEI Learning Designer

Position: DEI Learning Experience Designer
Transform workplace learning as a DEI Learning Experience Designer. Facilitate engaging sessions that explore complex dynamics, driving leadership and accountability in both remote and in-person environments.

In this role, you will lead workshops focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, utilizing a compassionate facilitation style. Your efforts will promote awareness and understanding of how workplace behaviors are influenced by broader societal systems. By creating supportive environments, you will encourage open dialogue, reflection, and application of learned concepts in daily practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design learning experiences that are immediately applicable
