Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and evaluate training activities to enhance operations
• Maintain effective training databases and local training plans
• Develop learning materials and coach employees
• Support performance management initiatives and HR projects
• Assist in safety initiatives and additional projects
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in HR or similar credentials
• Proficiency in coordinating training events
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficient in Office suite
• Strong multitasking and analytical abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
