This role is integral to advancing student success and fostering a collaborative atmosphere among staff and the community. Your leadership skills and deep understanding of modern pedagogy will directly impact student engagement and learning outcomes. You'll be pivotal in shaping a positive school climate and guiding the school's development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee teaching improvement and responsive learning strategies
• Develop and manage school staffing and finances
• Lead performance evaluations for educational staff
• Promote safe, inclusive, and culturally rich environments
• Encourage the development of future school leaders
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education and Master's degree necessary
• Valid NL Teaching Certificate needed
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in problem-solving educational challenges
Contribute to a caring and effective educational environment as part of the NLSchools leadership team.
