Learning Support Specialist at Tangerine

As a key member of Tangerine's training team, you will facilitate diverse learning sessions from new hire orientations to refresher courses. Your expertise in adult learning principles, combined with your ability to collaborate with stakeholders, will enhance the training experience across virtual and in-person modalities. You'll also coach trainers and ensure consistent curriculum updates, making a meaningful impact in our contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training sessions in virtual and in-person settings

• Support Designated Trainers with onboarding and development

• Monitor company updates for impact on training needs

• Collaborate on training curriculum changes and quality management

• Maintain documentation and communicate curriculum updates

Requirements:

• 3+ years internal experience with Tangerine’s Contact Center

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• Experience in corporate training and instructional design

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
