As a Drilling Crew Lead, you are pivotal in guiding your crew within the operational and safety guidelines set by Predator. This role demands skill in both equipment operation and a commitment to maintaining safety standards across all activities. You will also take an active role in training sessions and the management of safety drills, ensuring everyone is prepared and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise drill crew activities and equipment use
• Promote strict adherence to Predator's safety policies
• Conduct safety training and complete incident reports
• Maintain crew performance and ensure completion of tasks
• Coordinate closely with the Rig Manager for smooth operations
Requirements:
• Valid H2S and CSO certifications required
• First Aid/CPR certification necessary
• Loader Operator experience a must
• Knowledge of confined spaces and Rig Tech 3 skills
• Hold a Boiler Ticket with 1st/2nd Line experience
