Enhance production capabilities at Marshall Land Systems as a Manufacturing Engineer in Moncton, NB. Collaborate with teams to streamline processes for defense system integration.
This 1-year term position requires expertise in manufacturing engineering to develop plans and optimize production methods. You will be responsible for implementing tooling and providing technical support to resolve production issues. Your work will significantly influence both the introduction of new products and the efficiency of existing production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Specify and procure tooling and fixtures for production
• Facilitate production readiness reviews and assess processes
• Provide input on design-for-manufacture and assembly
• Analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with suppliers on quality and technical requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 3–7 years of experience in the field
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling design
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
