GEMTEC seeks an eager Intermediate/Senior Bridge Engineer with a proactive approach to managing bridge projects. You will lead various aspects of bridge design, from conceptualization through to inspection while fostering the growth of junior engineers. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and analysis of bridge structures in steel and timber
• Review construction documents, estimates, and reports
• Conduct inspections and oversee load ratings
• Provide site support and problem-solving during construction
• Mentor junior engineers in their career progression
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant experience in bridge engineering
• Registered or eligible for P.Eng. designation
• Familiarity with design software and standards
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
