As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for daily maintenance on aircraft like the Boeing 787, 737 NG, and De Havilland Q400. This role requires at least two years of experience and a valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License. Safety and teamwork are paramount as you work with a dynamic team committed to West Jet's core values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily maintenance on Boeing and De Havilland aircraft
• Apply troubleshooting skills for safety compliance
• Collaborate with team for efficient operations
• Engage in ongoing technical training and career advancement
• Ensure equipment meets safety standards
Requirements:
• Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License (M2 preferred)
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Technical aptitude in airframe and powerplant
• Flexibility for shift work and travel
• Physical ability to lift 62 lbs
