Your role will be pivotal in establishing actionable insights and quantifiable initiatives that align with Affirm's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of collections and recoveries
• Set strategies for optimizing collections communication channels
• Analyze recovery rates and develop performance analytics
• Own the roadmap for collections initiative design

Requirements:
• 5-7+ years in analytics for credit risk or collections
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL or Python
