Global Cash & Collections Analyst

Join our Finance team as a Global Cash & Collections Analyst in a 12-month contract role starting in November 2026. You'll manage cash receipts and enhance accounts receivable processes globally while protecting customer relationships.

In this contract position, your role is crucial for ensuring optimal cash flow and financial stability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Billing, and Accounting, to address payment discrepancies. Additionally, leverage financial systems and automation tools to improve workflows and scalability in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage global cash receipt postings efficiently

• Execute targeted collection outreach with past-due accounts

• Collaborate to resolve payment blockers and account disputes

• Analyze account aging and payment trends for follow-ups

• Support month-end close operations and account reconciliations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B collections

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis

• Hands-on ERP/CRM experience (Net Suite, Salesforce)

• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills

• Ability to communicate clear financial information
