Use reconciliation and Excel skills as a Credit and Collections Specialist serving Armour in Moncton, New Brunswick, or Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
This specialist manages financial operations, account accuracy, customer payments, and process improvements. The work includes large-account reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, payment-trend analysis, and collaboration with Billing, Pricing, and Operations. Strong communication supports customer and internal relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers to secure timely payments and positive relationships
- Reconcile large accounts and investigate payment discrepancies
- Resolve invoice, rating, and contract inconsistencies collaboratively
- Analyze payment trends and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate interaction, dispute, and resolution records
- Experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
- Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred
- Strong reconciliation and large-dataset analysis skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
