You will spearhead a comprehensive collections and recoveries strategy across Canada, addressing the full post-delinquency lifecycle. In close partnership with Product and Compliance, you'll ensure that practices surpass consumer protection regulations. Your ability to interpret complex data will directly translate into actionable strategies that boost recovery rates and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own digital and outbound collection strategies
• Drive recoveries strategy and performance metrics
• Set and update the strategic roadmap for recoveries
• Lead initiative design from hypothesis to impact measurement
• Coordinate with compliance on regulatory adherence
Requirements:
• 5-7+ years in collections or risk analytics
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or data analysis tools
• Knowledge of Canadian credit regulations
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Passionate about leveraging data for strategic change
