TD Banking Customer Experience Associate

Deliver accurate banking transactions in Moncton with TD Canada Trust, using customer service and communication skills for 15 hours weekly. Advise customers clearly on suitable banking solutions.

As a Customer Experience Associate in Personal & Commercial Banking, you will support TD Canada Trust customers at the frontline. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while understanding customer needs and recommending relevant solutions. The role also involves resolving concerns, promoting banking services, and completing processes accurately. A high school diploma or one year of relevant experience is required.
