Licensed Hair Stylists deliver guest service through haircuts, colour, highlights, waxing, and specialty services. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends.
This Stylist role focuses on understanding guest needs and providing quality consultations. You will perform requested services efficiently and professionally while using proprietary tools and techniques. Administrative tasks, including closing out the system, may also be part of your day.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional guest service throughout each visit
- Understand guest needs before recommending services
- Deliver quality consultations for requested treatments
- Perform haircuts, colour, highlights, waxing, and specialty services
- Close out the system at day’s end
- Current cosmetology or barber license required provincially
- Availability for flexible schedules, evenings, and weekends
- Tech-savvy approach to administrative tasks
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Comfort lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements
