    Description

    If you have clinical experience with a variety of conditions and you enjoy working both autonomously and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, we welcome you as a professional who will excel as a part of CBI Health.

    As a Licensed Counselling Therapist within CBI Health’s Rehabilitation Outpatient team, you will be responsible for the provision of clinical services at our clinics for patients referred for counselling services. This will include consultation, evaluation, assessment, interventions, monitoring of progress/outcomes and discharge with individuals and/or groups. The caseload consists of patients who are either self-referred, referred by a physician, or referred by a third-party payer or a public agency.

    What you will need to be successful:

  • A Master’s, Doctoral or equivalent graduate degree in Counselling Psychology or Social Work
  • Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Licensed Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick or New Brunswick Association of Social Workers
  • Maintain individual professional liability/malpractice insurance
  • Relevant clinical practice experience, including clinical experience in the assessment and provision of appropriate intervention with a variety of conditions
  • Be able to work both autonomously and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Be efficient and responsive in the provision of required clinical documentation
  • Bilingual in French/English preferred
