Drive clinical efficiency as a Field-Based Applications Consultant at Werfen, specializing in Acute Care diagnostics. In this role, you'll provide training and support across Manitoba and Saskatchewan healthcare facilities.
Your responsibilities will include installing and verifying Werfen analyzers, ensuring client satisfaction, and educating medical staff about best practices. Experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician is highly desired as you navigate regulatory compliance and technical support in a fast-paced environment. Engage closely with customers and internal teams, ensuring the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installations, validations, and technical training
• Maintain strong relationships with client healthcare teams
• Support customer clinical and technical inquiries
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Collaborate with various departments to guarantee product success
Requirements:
• Associate degree in Medical Technology or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a clinical lab
• Proven technical knowledge of diagnostic products
• Strong planning and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time
