Elevate pharmacy operations at Neighbourly Pharmacy as a full-time Pharmacy Lead for Integrations, focusing on newly acquired locations in Western Canada. This role emphasizes compliance, training, and performance evaluations.
Your leadership will guide the integration process of new pharmacy branches, ensuring operations align with provincial standards and the company’s high quality benchmarks. You will utilize strong analytical and detailed orientation skills to implement effective training programs and improve service delivery. Regular travel across Western Canada is a requirement for this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute integration assessment plans
• Monitor adherence to regulatory compliance and best practices
• Assess quality of services and optimize inventory management
• Develop training materials and integration strategies
• Generate reports on assessment results and improvement suggestions
Requirements:
• Licensed Pharmacist or significant leadership background
• At least 5 years in community pharmacy
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Experience with project management tools
• Ability to travel as needed with a valid driver’s license
Lead operational improvements and support Neighbourly Pharmacy’s strategic acquisitions across Western Canada.
