Support healthcare access from home as an Entry-Level Clerk for Medical Transportation Support at Tech4
Soft Consulting. Help clients navigate their medical transportation needs through phone interactions.
In this full-time remote role, you'll join a dedicated team to assist clients in arranging essential transportation for medical services. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate assistance, making a significant impact on the lives of recipients. Engage in data entry and case management while thriving in a structured remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high call volumes, providing quality service
• Book and coordinate medical transportation for clients
• Help clients with applications and eligibility criteria
• Provide detailed responses to inquiries about cases
• Document and recommend solutions based on client issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 12 months experience with computer technology
• At least 1 year in client service, preferably in call centres
• Experience using relevant software and systems
• Reliability Level Clearance from the Canadian government
• Demonstrated compassion for diverse populations
