Empower patients as a Case Manager with Bayshore’s Ipsencares program. This role is essential for navigating healthcare processes and ensuring access to medications.
As a Case Manager, your responsibility is to provide robust support for patients and healthcare providers involved with Iqirvo. You'll facilitate the completion of required documents while ensuring patients understand their coverage options. Your proactive communication will be crucial in fostering trust and ensuring optimal patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enroll patients into the support program effectively
• Assist with reimbursement questions via phone
• Liaise between patients and their healthcare teams
• Investigate reimbursement options and eligibility
• Document and report any adverse events as necessary
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
• Fluent in both English and French for communication
• Strong technical skills and attention to data accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
