Personal Support Worker Clinical Supervisor – Moncton

Location: Moncton Campus, 1070 St. George Blvd., Moncton, NB E1E 4K7

Hours: Part-time, varied hours between 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Start Date: August 24, 2026

End Date: November 27, 2026

The Opportunity: The PSW Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision and mentoring to students completing their Clinical Placement in classroom/workplace settings to gain experience in a wider range of Personal Support Worker skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and mentoring for students during their Clinical Placement.
• Ensure compliance with program standards and health‑care regulations.
• Facilitate learning activities and support student development.

What you bring to the position:

• Must be a Personal Support Worker with a college NACC certificate or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB) or the Associate of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses (ANBLPN).
• Minimum of two (2) years of current, relevant work experience in a healthcare environment—preferably in a long‑term/chronic care setting or with a community care agency.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including supervision, motivation, and facilitation.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Internet use.
