Position: Pharmacist Relief Role
Join Sobeys Inc. as a full-time pharmacist providing relief coverage in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Your role will focus on patient care excellence and community wellbeing.

As a licensed pharmacist, you will be entrusted with promoting health outcomes through patient education, medication management, and supportive healthcare services. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized patient counseling and medication reviews

• Create and implement individual care plans regularly

• Participate in health and wellness programs actively

• Ensure the accuracy and safety of prescriptions

• Stay updated on pharmacy practices and regulatory laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution

• Must hold a valid pharmacist license in New Brunswick

• Injection and First Aid Certification required

• Familiarity with Kroll software is advantageous

• Commitment to continuous professional education
