Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavioral Health Therapists

• Conduct assessments and crisis interventions effectively

• Ensure quality compliance in clinical documentation

• Support staff onboarding, training, and professional growth

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline

• Active independent clinical license in the U.S.

• Five years of clinical experience post-licensure needed

• Two years of clinical management or leadership experience

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care best practices
