As a full-time, permanent Manager, you will be integral to the East Region Virtual Care Clinic team. With a focus on community-based health services, your leadership will ensure timely, equitable, and accessible care for diverse populations. Key responsibilities include operational management, quality assurance, and strategic collaborations to enhance health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily ERVCC operations and staff performance

• Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Track and analyze key performance indicators

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field

• 5+ years in healthcare settings, leadership experience

• Knowledge of virtual care management preferred

• Strong data and communication skills

• Valid Ontario driver’s license required
