As a Casual Continuing Care Assistant, you will leverage your skills in personal support work while assisting residents with hygiene, mobility, and implementing leisure activities. This role also includes light housekeeping and teamwork to develop individualized resident care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily hygiene and living activities
• Collaborate on individualized resident care plans
• Implement and plan resident leisure activities
• Conduct light housekeeping duties as needed
• Communicate relevant resident care information to Supervisor
Requirements:
• Certification as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent
• Flexible availability for a minimum of 6 shifts per quarter
• Clear criminal record screening
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification required
• Experience with elderly care in long-term settings preferred
