Supervise physiotherapy services with Horizon Health Network through service delivery oversight, therapy program planning, and professional practice leadership. Regular attendance is required.
The Physiotherapy Supervisor oversees physiotherapy services and performs physiotherapist duties. This role requires a related university degree, New Brunswick registration, and three years’ healthcare experience. Responsibilities also include staff orientation, standards compliance, and student placements.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign, oversee, review, and evaluate physiotherapy service delivery
- Plan, direct, and evaluate therapy programs and services
- Provide staff orientation and coordinate development programs
- Serve as a professional practice leader
- Perform physiotherapist duties and coordinate student placements
- University degree in a related field
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of New Brunswick
- Eligibility for Canadian Physiotherapy Association membership
- Three years’ physiotherapy experience in a healthcare setting
- Good work record and ability to perform position duties
