This role requires you to run the night audit sequence, verifying cash balances and preparing essential reports. You will actively engage with guests during check-ins and handle inquiries efficiently while managing operations in the absence of the hotel manager. Your contributions will ensure a welcoming environment and accurate financial reporting through the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct the night audit sequence and generate financial reports

• Verify room revenue and reconcile cash floats

• Perform routine computer maintenance tasks nightly

• Address guest check-ins and provide assistance

• Assume Manager on Duty duties when necessary

Requirements:

• Background in hotel or auditing roles preferred

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently during late shifts

• Knowledge of hotel operational software is a plus
