Improve furnished apartment standards at Corporate Stays through property inspections, vendor accountability, and guest feedback analysis. This is a remote freelance role.
The Quality Assurance Manager monitors apartments across Canada and identifies recurring cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation issues. You will establish scoring systems, coordinate corrective actions, and improve operational procedures. Success depends on analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with local housekeeping and maintenance providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess property condition, cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation
- Identify trends in complaints, reviews, inspections, and performance data
- Set housekeeping and service-provider quality scores
- Develop preventive improvement plans and maintain operational SOPs
- Train providers and verify completed corrective actions
- Three or more years in hospitality, rentals, or serviced apartments
- Experience managing housekeeping quality across multiple properties
- Ability to analyze trends and implement corrective measures
- Ability to establish procedures and hold providers accountable
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
