As part of Reboot Monkey's global team, you'll handle the end-to-end recruitment process for Data Center Technicians in regions like India, Southeast Asia, and beyond. Your responsibilities include screening candidates, validating skills and experience, and managing DCT databases. Your insights will be crucial in maintaining our operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit Data Center Technicians across APAC
• Perform technical interviews for practical skill assessment
• Organize and maintain a qualified DCT pool
• Verify and manage technician credentials and references
• Oversee onboarding and training processes for new DCTs
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Technical knowledge of datacenter mechanics and operations
• Fluent English communication skills
• Detail-oriented approach to candidate tracking
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and databases
