Position: Contract HR Generalist for Core HR Functions
Location: City of Moncton

Join us in Moncton, NB as an HR Generalist on a 15-month contract. Bring your HR expertise to elevate our recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance efforts.

In this essential role, the HR Generalist will support diverse HR functions that include recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. You’ll help manage onboarding, performance reviews, and the implementation of training programs. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will ensure effective communication and engagement within our workforce while maintaining compliance with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, job postings, and onboarding procedures

• Support managers with performance management issues

• Ensure confidentiality of employee records

• Participate in HR projects focusing on diversity and inclusion

• Monitor training programs and assess their effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

• 2–5 years of HR experience in various HR roles

• Strong understanding of HR regulations and systems

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork

• Proactive, detail-oriented, capable of managing priorities
