People Operations Generalist HRIS

Manage People Operations remotely at Trust Arc, using HRIS expertise and benefits knowledge across the employee lifecycle. This 15-month assignment supports a team member’s leave.

As an experienced People Operations Generalist, you will manage onboarding, benefits, employee records, compliance, and HR systems. You will support recruiting, culture programs, reporting, and process improvements. The work spans United States and Canadian benefits and employment practices.

• Manage onboarding, agreements, background checks, and eligibility verification
• Administer US benefits, open enrollment, and broker coordination
• Maintain HR tools, employee files, and accurate data
• Compile audit documentation with executive and cross-functional partners
• Support rewards, recognition, learning, and culture programs

• Three or more years of full-cycle HR experience
• Hands-on HRIS and HR technology experience
• Familiarity with US and Canadian benefits practices
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organization
• Comfort working across teams and organizational levels
