Deskside Support Technician

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1-2 years of field service and deskside support experience. Ideal applicants will possess A+ certification and strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and network issues. You will play a key role in performing IMAC tasks, managing software installations, and providing first-level help desk support to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hardware roll-outs and refreshes across various devices
• Handle software installation, upgrades, and support
• Provide deskside troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
• Respond to and close calls via National Dispatch Center
• Conduct bench repairs and maintenance as required
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in field service and deskside support
• A+ certification and strong troubleshooting abilities
• Diploma from a recognized IT program
• Vendor certifications beneficial
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
