As a Help Desk Support Technician, you will leverage your 1-2 years of experience in field service and deskside support. The role includes performing hardware installations, software troubleshooting, and responding to customer inquiries effectively. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute IMAC activities for hardware and software support
• Diagnose issues and communicate effectively with customers
• Provide 1st level Help Desk assistance for technical problems
• Manage bench repairs and maintain relevant records
• Engage in networking and internetworking tasks as needed
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in deskside support
• A+ certification and relevant vendor credentials preferred
• Diploma from a recognized IT program required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
