Field Service Deskside Technician

In this position, you will manage IMAC services, provide 2nd level Help Desk assistance, and deliver break-fix solutions for PCs, laptops, and printers. With a background of 3–5 years in deskside support or hardware roll-outs, you will showcase your troubleshooting expertise and excellent customer service skills. This role requires effective communication and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intermediate-to-advanced hardware break-fix services
• Execute hardware roll-outs and refresh installations
• Handle software installations, upgrades, and support
• Troubleshoot deskside support issues effectively
• Communicate with customers for problem diagnosis and resolution
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of deskside support experience
• A+ certification along with vendor certifications
• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities
• Minimum Diploma from a recognized IT program
• Availability for flexible scheduling
