Key Responsibilities:
• Own product strategy for support tooling integration
• Conduct user discovery and experience research
• Draft product requirement documents and design workflows
• Manage feature execution and usability testing
• Define and track metrics for tool adoption success
Requirements:
• 5-8 years in customer support tooling with SaaS impact
• Bachelor's degree in technical or business fields
• Proven experience with AI support platforms
• Expertise in GTM tooling with measurable outcomes
• Strong skills in data analysis and pattern recognition
