• Plan and lead projects from A to Z — scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Keep deliverables on track and ensure quality at every step.
• Coordinate with technology teams, business units, and external partners to align efforts.
• Drive collaboration, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Maintain transparent, proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Wrap up projects with measurable impact — capture lessons learned and celebrate success.

• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken.
• College or university degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing projects, preferably with an IT component.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred.
• Additional training in change management, project governance, or leadership is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, Project Online, SharePoint).
