Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote support to end users of managed services

• Utilize tools to diagnose and resolve client issues
• Collaborate with Service Desk Team and other service delivery teams
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years help desk experience
• 1 year of IT support experience
• Valid driving license
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Hybrid work model based in Moncton, NB
