UX Salesforce Designer

The Opportunity

UX/UI Specialist - Salesforce Transformation. Join a delivery team and contribute to a large-scale CRM transformation initiative. Improve user experience, simplify access to business data, and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions within a complex, highly regulated environment.

• Partner with the Product Owner to define and evolve user‑centric Salesforce solutions.
• Design functional mockups and contribute to proof‑of‑concept development in non‑production environments.
• Support the deployment of solutions through established Agile delivery processes.
• Improve user interfaces and optimize end‑to‑end user journeys within Salesforce.
• Enhance dashboard design, data visualization, and overall platform ergonomics.
• Translate business needs into actionable configurations and enhancements within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business, technology, and delivery stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on user experience and tool adoption.
• Participate in iterative development cycles within an Agile framework.

• Strong experience in UX/UI design within digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to understand user needs and translate them into practical, business‑aligned solutions.
• Experience working in Agile, fast‑paced, and collaborative environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Expertise in UX/UI design principles and user‑centered design methodologies.
• Experience designing and optimizing dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Ability to improve user adoption through intuitive and efficient design solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.
