Key Responsibilities:
• Support and manage Azure hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex Azure support incidents
• Analyze and recommend improvements for client environments
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Demonstrate strong communication throughout support processes
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure platforms
• Experience with Terraform and related tools
• 5+ years of client support experience
• Familiarity with Azure security principles
• French-speaking is an asset
