Join Bell’s Business Markets team, where you'll leverage 7–10 years of experience in customer contact centers. As a senior consultant, you'll focus on instructional design, training needs assessment, and effective learning strategies.
Your role will involve translating complex operational concepts into engaging content and supporting clients in their technology journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client-facing workshops and enablement activities
• Assess learning gaps and design effective training content
• Create high-quality training capsules and materials
• Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration
• Provide advisory support for change management initiatives
Requirements:
• University degree and bilingual (French/English)
• 7–10 years in customer contact centers
• Experience with training design using Articulate
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms
