Base pay range  CA $55,000.00/yr - CA $65,000.00/yr
Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Microsoft Licensing Specialist to join a top IT company in a fully-remote permanent position.

Key Responsibilities   Develop deep knowledge of Microsoft programs and offerings.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes promptly.
Verify purchase orders for accuracy before processing.
Ensure smooth and timely order processing through internal systems.
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Admin, Technical, Operations) to meet customer needs.
Resolve order-related issues with persistence, tact, and attention to detail.
Provide backup support to team members to uphold service excellence.
Requirements   Knowledge of the following Microsoft programs:  MPSA, Select Plus, EA (Enterprise Agreement), CSP, EES, Microsoft Portal
2+ years of experience in a Microsoft licensing position
Compensation  CA $55K - CA $65K per year + full benefits packages
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
