In this pivotal role, you will oversee your function's AI transformation, aligning with executive sponsors to identify key challenges. Your expertise in product management will help you map workflows, prioritize impactful AI solutions, and ensure adoption throughout your organization. Working closely with an AI Engineer, you will manage solution prototypes and the integration of AI agents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and align AI strategies with business priorities
• Map workflows and identify operational constraints
• Manage AI requests and ensure strategic prioritization
• Challenge and reimagine existing workflows with AI
• Drive change management and adoption initiatives
Requirements:
• Deep knowledge of organizational operations
• Strong prioritization and product management skills
• Experience building peer networks or communities
• Proficiency in no-code/low-code AI tools
• Comfortable with AI capabilities and data flows
